Abstract

Coffee commodities are agricultural commodities that have high
export value. Indonesia ranks fourth as the most significant coffee exporting
country in the world. The main problem that occurs is the availability of
abundant crops, not balanced by proper postharvest processing and
marketing and the absence of farmers partnership with the coffee
processing industry. This study focuses on the determination of coffee
agroindustry products using the AHP method and the institutional
determination of coffee agroindustry using the exponential comparison
method. SPK development will use super decision software. The final result
of this study is the calculation of product determination obtained that instant
coffee has the highest weight of 0.3739, while the institution of coffee
agroindustry shows that establishing cooperation with Hulu - Hilir Industry
has the highest weight, namely 389,637
